UbiTransfer is an independent platform that facilitates the search and booking of private airport transfers worldwide. The booking widget and services are powered by third-party partners (including transportation providers and booking engines). We do not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly. All transfers are fulfilled by licensed third-party providers ("Providers"). When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the respective Provider.
2. Accuracy of Information
Prices, availability, vehicle details, and transfer conditions are provided in real-time by our partners and Providers. We strive to display accurate information, but we do not guarantee that prices or availability will remain unchanged by the time you complete the booking with the Provider. Flight details, waiting times, and other service features are subject to the Provider's policies.
3. Affiliate Links & Commissions
UbiTransfer participates in affiliate and partner programs. When you complete a booking through our platform, we may receive a commission from the Provider or booking engine at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the offers displayed or the order in which they appear.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are processed through our integrated third-party booking engine. Payment is handled securely by the Provider or payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during booking. You are responsible for reviewing the Provider's terms, conditions, and cancellation policy before confirming payment.
5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds
Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the individual Provider. Many bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, but this is not guaranteed for all services. Refunds, if applicable, are processed by the Provider according to their policy. UbiTransfer is not responsible for processing refunds or handling disputes related to cancellations.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, flight details, passenger numbers, and contact information.
- Be ready at the designated pickup point on time.
- Comply with all applicable laws and the Provider's rules (e.g., regarding luggage, pets, or behavior).
- Review and accept the Provider's terms before booking.
- Not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Transmit viruses or harmful code.
- Use the Service for commercial resale without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by UbiTransfer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UbiTransfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with transportation, flight delays, lost luggage, or Provider performance. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission earned on your booking (if any).
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party booking engines and links to Provider websites. We have no control over their content, availability, or practices and accept no responsibility for them.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rome, Italy.
